  • What amenities are included at the property?

    All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Fresh towels, bath towels, and essential bathroom amenities are also provided for all guests.


  • How far is public transportation from the apartments?

    Public transportation is only a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore all parts of Budapest.


  • Is parking available at the properties?

    There are two parking options, both about an 8–10 minute walk from the apartment. 


    The first is our private underground garage, which we rent out to our guests. It is located at 1097 Budapest, Vaskapu utca 10–14 and costs €15 per day. Access is via a mobile phone, which will be provided in the apartment. 


    The second option is a public underground garage at 1093 Budapest, Fővám tér 11–12. It costs 450 HUF per hour, with a maximum daily rate of 3,600 HUF. More information can be found at balnabudapest.hu/parkolas.

  • What is the check-in and check-out time?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

  • How can I get from the airport to the apartments?

    Yes, the neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and ideal for both couples and families.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.

  • Is a security deposit required?

    No, a security deposit is not required.
